- Within the United States only, and never to a restricted area (listed above).
- Processing
- Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.
- Rates
- USPS Ground Advantage — $8.95, free on orders over $50
USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate Padded Envelope) — $12.85
USPS Priority Mail Express (Flat Rate Padded Envelope) — $34.05 - Delivery times
- After shipping, USPS estimates 2–5 business days for Ground Advantage, 1–3 for Priority Mail and 1–2 for Priority Mail Express. Estimates are not guaranteed.
- Tracking
- A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.
- Packaging
- Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging.
- Lost or damaged
- Email info@kindleafnaturals.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number, and photos if the package arrived damaged. We will send a replacement or a refund.
- Undeliverable orders
- Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal or non-collection are refunded less shipping.
- Restricted areas
- Orders to a restricted area are cancelled and refunded in full.
Refund policy.
Our 30-day happiness guarantee: if your strain isn’t the right fit, one email makes it right.
- 30-day guarantee
- If a pouch isn’t right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Choose a swap to another strain or a refund of the product price. Opened pouches qualify.
- How to ask
- Email info@kindleafnaturals.com with your order number. There is no form; most requests don’t need the pouch sent back. If we do ask for it, we cover the return postage.
- Refund timing
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Shipping charges
- Shipping is not refundable, except when the order arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
- Damaged or wrong item
- We send the right item at no cost, or refund the order in full including shipping.
- Cancelling an order
- Email us before your order ships for a full refund. Because orders placed before 2 pm Eastern ship the same day, write as soon as you can.
